Subic Bay Gateway Park (a.k.a. SBGP) is a representive project to show CDC’s capability in indusrial real estate development. It’s based on Taiwan government’s “Go South Policy” in 90s, aimed to boost overseas investment of Taiwanese enterprises. The total area is 300 ha., occupancy rate is almost 100%, locators are many Taiwanese companies, including Wistron, EZSET, TECO, Tailin, Taiwan HITACHI and Taian. SBGP is still the biggest foreign investment project in Philippines and bring the most job opportunities, it makes great contribution to local economy development.
