Taipei BioInnovation Park/ Taiwan’s First Biocluster-Focused BOT Project
Developed in 2018 through a public–private partnership between Century Biotech Development Corporation and the Taipei City Government, Taipei BioInnovation Park (TBIP) is Taiwan’s first Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) project dedicated to the biotechnology industry. Completed in 2023, the 17-story, 3-level underground complex offers nearly 30,000 ping (approx. 99,000 m²) of integrated R&D, pilot-scale production, and business office space—enabling companies to move from technology development to market entry within one ecosystem.
Next-Generation Biotech Campus|Built for Speed and Scale
TBIP provides world-class R&D and business office spaces for both cutting-edge startups and industry-leading companies. Standard floor options feature 4.5 m and 6 m clear heights, supported by biotech-ready infrastructure—UPS, air conditioning system, exhaust ventilation system, central clean air supply system, lab water purification system, industrial wastewater treatment system, biohazard waste management system as well as shared laboratories and equipments—to help teams start operating quickly. Factory registration and small-scale pilot production planning are also supported.
Innovation Incubation Center|From Validation to Global Growth
A 5,000-ping incubation center offers shared biolabs, resources, instruments and equipments, preferential rental programs, and connections to strategic partners and professional support. It helps startups accelerate R&D, product validation, commercialization, and scaling—with pathways to international opportunities.
